Position Purpose Summary: 
Second shift- supervise all warehouse operations which include training, inventory control, railroad, inbound delivery, piece pick, and loading.


Responsibilities:

§   Understands the company’s vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly.


§   Second Shift -Supervises the logistics activities of receiving, storage and shippingto ensureerror free order fulfillment, optimized fleet/network management, aggressive inventory control, superior customer service and efficient facility utilization. Included in these activities are inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, order processing and customer service. Resolves quality, service and cost issues.

§   Assists in driving the safety program for this VPP site. Drives the new Behavioral Based Safety program down to all of the asociates. Supervises relevant OSHA, federal, state, local and facility safety requirements.

§   Drives and leads continuous improvement of the delivery and material handling processes. Responsible for process improvement using data analysis and root cause methology. Assists team in improving inventory accuracy through tight process control and cycle counting. Also responsible for oversight of on-hand inventory levels along with damage and claims.

§   Trains branch associates on standard logistics processes and reviews performance metrics with direct reports.

§   Coordinates operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs. Generates and implements innovations for logistical competitive advantage that improve performance. Implements Lean concepts &amp; practices.

§   Monitors and assists in the maintenance of fixed assets (facility, forklifts and fleet). Works with outside maintenance vendors for completing both PM’s and repairs. Assists in developing site logistics budget with focus on continuously improving year over year performance against metrics.
Leads team;selects/hires;develops objectives; coaches and evaluates performance. Ensures direct reports obtain applicable training and development opportunitiesto enhance performance, development, and contributions to the company. Holds direct reports accountable for individual and team performance. Addresses performance issues appropriately and timely.
Qualifications:

Knowledge of Logistics functions. Knowledge of financial or cost analysis and measurements of logistics. Experience with industrial safety practices and procedures. DOT exposure a plus. Knowledge and experience in vendor pick ups, stock replenishment; communication skills; inventory control; material, stock handling, shipping and receiving; safety, products and governmental compliance. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant tools / technology to improve logistics performance. Project Management experience a plus. Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.

Year of experience: 1-2 years logistics experience in a warehousing environment and 1 year of superviosory experience.

Qualifications:

-Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s license 
- 18 months of recent tractor trailer driving experience, preferably flatbeds
- Minimum 22 years of age
- Safe Driving Record: Including no DUIs in last 7 years; no more than one preventable accident 
or one violation of motor vehicle laws  within the year preceding application
- Physical ability to secure/tarp loads
- Good customer service skills
-Ability to read customer orders, safety regulations, on-board computer
- Criminal record is taken on case-by-case basis.

Position Purpose Summary: 
Has product management responsibilities that encompass pricing, inventory, promotions, marketing and forecasting activities for the structural product category. Facilitates all aspects of the sales process to include identifying new opportunities; developing sales solutions; closing sales opportunities; negotiating pricing; providing outstanding customer service and follow-up. Partners with other sales personnel to ensure sales efforts are maximized and opportunities uncovered.  May also have inside sales responsibilities for a few existing accounts through inbound and outbound telephone calls. 

Responsibilities:

* Has assigned structural product responsibility such as managing inventory levels (indirect product sourcing), managing inventory turns, promoting product to other inside sales employees and assisting in product pricing and developing promotional literature.
* Identifies new sales opportunities with new and existing customers. Maximizes sales efforts by focusing sales time on largest most profitable opportunities (may include segmenting account list and creating customer / product sales plans).
* Improves profitability, product penetration and product mix with all customers.
* Qualifies sales opportunities through market / customer research and teams with other sales representatives.
* Develops sales solutions and competitive pricing strategies. Communicates value proposition to customers. Proposes sales solutions to customers and reevaluates solutions where necessary.
* Closes sales opportunities by gaining purchase orders and executing all order fulfillment procedures.
Provides outstanding customer service and post sales satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications:

Strong planning, organization, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.  A solid level of knowledge is needed in account management, scheduling, customer support and service, product knowledge, product pricing, sales support, warehousing/distribution, transportation and records management. Possesses strong telephone skills with the ability to utilize creative skills and innovation in developing solutions to problems and issues. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant sales systems technology. 

Years of experience: 2-7+ years experience with BS / BA or equivalent industry experience preferred; 2-4+ years experience with MS / MA / MBA.

Position Purpose Summary:
Piece pick; full order assembly and staging; unit breakdown with material re-banding or shrink wrap; engineered lumber; cut to size; material put away; online inventory processing and material labeling; facility housekeeping; light maintenance; and other duties as assigned. 


Responsibilities:

The Utility Position is primarily responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks in support of material handlers.

Responsibilities:
- Manually piece pick product to assemble/stage orders
- Put away/store material in accordance with warehouse location system
- Breakdown units and perform material cutting, re-banding, shrink wrapping, labeling
- Support material handlers in unloading inbound trucks and rail when directed
- Support material handlers in loading outbound trucks or order checking when directed. 
- Perform facility housekeeping; light maintenance; and other warehousing duties as assigned. 
- Operate motorized equipment (lift truck, order picker, sweepers, and other equipment as assigned), shear, chain saws, and other powered or electric hand tools

- Normally works Monday through Friday schedule
Qualifications:


-Safe and stable work history

-Experience in warehousing or manufacturing environment

- Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended period

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs using safe lifting techniques

- Ability to read/comprehend sales order, purchase orders, safety material,etc

-Knowledge of loading/unloading/storage requirements

- Forklift experience desired; ability to learn safe operation required
